An Indigenous Guide to Your Cancer Journey
In 2017, Erinn Monture wrote and published two cancer resource books to assist recently diagnosed cancer patients, their families and their caregivers by providing navigation tools and resources available in their local First Nation community.
This book was published in April 2017 and is customized to each First Nation Territory and their local cancer centres throughout Canada. With the guidance and support of your local First Nations community (Cree, Ojibwe, Anishinaabe, Algonquin, Inuit, etc.), we can customize this book for your First Nations community. ChemoBags® and a Treatment Diary (patients can record down everything during their cancer journey in this book) are also available and comes with the book as a package.
